We are busy here at db - preparing lunch, for Daniel's visit from new york next week and preparing to launch our new website.   I am excited to hear what you think.

    happy to be the first blog post to the db bistro moderne kitchen, vancouver that is. sad to see the chop chop salad leave the menu --- can't wait for next summer when you bring it back(?) will try the new tomato salad now that its fall - sounds delicious. will keep you posted (no pun intended).

    My son and I came in for the DB BURGER last Canucks season but I got the time wrong and missed dinner. I wasn't very popular as you can imagine. I see you have the specials again so hopefully the burger is on the list again. Looking forward to it. By the way Stephane, Gretzky always had a great wing man. Glad you're on the Daniel Boulud team too!

    i has dinner at DB Thursday night, and i have to say Stephane, it was the best meal i have had in vancouver. Well done!
